Reclaim your joy of cooking (or find it!) by booking an informative and interactive whole foods cooking class with award winning chef/nutritionist Ki. This class will not only take you through recipes for some delicious dishes, but will also empower your body and mind to thrive from each ingredient. 
This is a come as you are class, take it as a group or on your own – no prior experience required. 
These are virtual session, all recipes and recordings can be provided after the class.

I was inspired by my loved ones to reach out to people who have Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes and other debilitating illnesses. I learned to prepare food for people who need to consume a certain diet, in order to stave off their symptoms and/or help fight their illness, but have neither the physical strength, capability nor time to cook for themselves.
